The worst customer service I have experienced in my life– the girl claiming to be the manager refused to get anyone involved to solve the problem with defective merchandise. She laughed and snickered when told that I would make sure to never spend another penny at any sunsations store– and trust me with my shopping habit that’s quite a bit of money that this chain now lost over a shirt that cost 6.99. Rudest employee I have ever dealt with

This place is stocked with anything you can imagine for the beach.
Reasonably priced swimsuits, flip flops, beach towels, sand toys, chairs, souvineers, etc.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Love, love, love Sunsations! You can find a Sunsations on almost every corner near the beach in Ocean City. I would say this is like what ABC Store is to Waikiki. You can find a bunch of fun beach stuff here — souvenirs, swimsuits, loud t-shirts, short shorts and my favorite, summer dresses! I was able to take advantage of some good sales in time for my Hawaii trip next month.

It is what you expect it to be: Sunsations. The little strip it’s in has been recently renovated (outdoors, anyway), which makes it a little nicer than some of the other Sunsations locations.
