Great place to pick up beer and sandwiches. We come every year on Memorial Day weekend and are never disappointed. Ask for Ace! He will provide a friendly smile and phenomenal service.

Pretty good service and food. But the philly cheese steak and the buffalo sandwich both had a bad bread to meat/​toppings ratio. This made the sandwich seem a little dry.

It’s my first time here and I got an Italian hoggie. I thought it was good but I felt like it wasn’t balanced because there was soooo much meat and not enough veggies, which then made the sandwich salty. The flavor was a bit overpowering. However if you are into all the meat then this is that sandwich for you.

Great spot for a quick bite. The Cuban and the Santa fe jack are out of this world. Quick friendly service quality sandwiches. Nuff said

This place has amazing sandwiches. Ruben was perfect. Brown derby was so good as well. I went back and got both again bc they were just that good

We saw their promo for «$ 3 evolution lot #3 ales» and decided to stop in this diamond in the rough. We ordered the beers along with a Cuban sandwich and deviled eggs, the food is fresh and made with care,. Now let’s discuss the stellar service! Ace took care of us and he was awesome!!! My boyfriend and I are both in the restaurant industry and noticed how hospitable, helpful, and cool this guy was! This is an awesome, family owned, good quality deli that offers great craft beer! In addition, they carry a nice variety of grocery goods, so if you want to grab a couple beers then take some milk and eggs home this is the place to go! I don’t Unilocal often, but this place was certainly Unilocal worthy and I’m happy to have stumbled upon it! 5stars + no doubt!

Great beach carryout with a small bar and a few tables. Awesome food and service. I have only had the sandwiches and deli salads and they have never dissipointed I look forward to trying breakfast.

The brown derby was creative and delicious. The cheesesteaks were legit. Not too greasy, not too fluffy… pretty authentic. I’m about to tear into the peanut butter bomb dessert. The owner was very friendly and let me sample the chicken salad and the coffee cake. Both were delicious and will be worth a repeat visit. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the beach. My whole family was pleasantly surprised by this unassuming deli. I hope success continues!

This is a beer and wine store with a sub shop in it. I found the subs and service to be average. There are a few tables to sit at while you eat.

I stopped in yesterday around 3:30 pm. I was somewhat disappointed with my sandwich after reading such great reviews. I got the turkey club on toasted wheat. The bread was very small and oval shaped and was barely toasted. It was simply iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato, a thin layer of turkey, white American slice of cheese and a few crumbles of bacon. Not at all a club — just a turkey sandwich with cheap cheese and some bacon bits. It was $ 8.00. I picked up a 20 oz bottle of Dr. Pepper and a slice of Smith Island Cake. The cake was stale at $ 4.99. The total for a lackluster meal was just under $ 16. Should have went to Arby’s for their turkey Bacon Ranch or Rueben — would have cost far less. I did not find the people weird at all — the gentleman preparing the food was pleasant enough but found little else unique or different about the place — only a few people and no one was smiling. I will chalk it up for being at the end of the season although it was a beautiful fall day and the Ravens were losing to the Bengals… lol.

Yummy!!! Brown durby is awesome. One of my go to choices. I also love how fun the staff is lol they joke around and have a good time. I really like that I can go there and get quality meats, way better then the grocery stores in the area.

Seaside Deli has great sandwiches but I personally go back time after time for the staff. Seven years ago my husband and I were married on the beach in Ocean City MD. The woman who did my makeup also worked at Seaside Deli and when we told her where we had our honeymoon reservations it turned out to be right near Seaside Grill in the fancy condos that are part of Fager’s Island. June told us we had to stop by and we are SO glad we did. We are night time people and we lived on the food at Seaside each night and we made such good friends there too.
Now we vacation every summer in Ocean View, DE and we drive to the Seaside Deli at least 5 times each week. The food is outstanding and people are fantastic and if you are nearby you should take time to check it out. The staff will make you anything you want even with special modifications.

I got the the Santa Fe twice over the weekend. It was okay. The first time I got it with the roll, and then someone recommended me that the sub sandwich would make it a lot better. They were wrong… the sauce and banana pepper ratio was not as good i nthe sub. I also feel like adding another sauce to the sub would make it much better; maybe honey dijon? Not sure, but needs something more… I should have tried a different type sub altogether just to mix it up. I’ll keep that in mind for my next visit. The lady behind the counter was very welcoming.

For the past 3 years in September my family stays for a week across the street from Seaside. From the killer breakfast sandwiches and burritos to the every expansive lunch menu we were never left unsatisfied.
No matter where you are in Ocean City you must check out this place. The staff make you feel like family and the food is awesome.

This deli is the best in Ocean City. I have been going there for at least 20 years. Over stuffed subs to die for they will skinny it for you if you can not handle it. Ocean City’s shortest bar grab a beer while they are preparing your carry out or sit down and have a few. ’
You will enjoy the charters that work there always a interesting story if you dig a bit. Come for a sandwich and make a life time friend.

LOVE this place. The sandwiches alone make Seaside great… the Italian Hoagie, Rachel (corned beef & coleslaw), pressed Cuban and Brown Derby (it has HASH BROWNS on it) are all fantastic. Everything is fresh and I often see whole chickens being pulled off the rotisserie or sides such as macaroni salad being made behind the counter. The fries are one of my favorite menu items, and if you’re carrying your food out they have individual malt vinegar packets to go. The homemade cookies are pretty addicting, especially the Heath Bar flavor.
You can eat in or have a beer and watch TV while you wait for your food, which is a nice touch. Or you can browse the full beer/​wine selection or the convenience store selection. There’s also a coffee bar and ice cream selection… pretty much a one-​stop-​shop!
The people who work here are so friendly, so make sure you leave money in the «beer fund» jar at the front counter. The money gets split up at the end of the season between the staff, and they deserve every penny of it!

This place is the best. It literally has everything. Sandwhiches are amazing and it has a bar so u can have a drink while you wait for your food to be made! Everything is homeade deli style. They have beer and wine available to buy. Cold and room temp. They also have random items you would need for your stay in OC such as tin foil, dish soap, towels, etc… Make sure you put money in the beer fund!!!

Okay, so this place is pretty interesting. Before you walk in read the poster in the front that says, «Have you figured out whos weird» and when you walk in you will see what they are talking about.
First of, the women at the counter truly are weird LOL but in general, you will read a lot of weird posters and signs that make you wonder what the hell they are talking about.
Other than that, let me tell you their Deli is amazing!
There are soo many options of sandwiches, different bread selections, cheese, deli meat, sauces, options etc. Their Hoagie bread is made fresh, they have huge subs and their meat and cheese selections are more than what you get at any sub shop.
All of their stuff is fresh, you can tell they use the best. I had this 2 days out of the 3 days I was in ocean city and I even went back to take one home…
