Good service every time I’ve been there, they even gave treats for my dog which was pretty awesome.

Parker took care of us. Order was 100% accurate and music level is good too. Of course all the staff is always nice and I’ll always keep coming here.

Ok so it’s fast food, but it’s also Chik fil A! SUPER CLEAN, good fast food, and great service. what else can you ask for? Well this place is located in a booming area, not far from the beach… gotta love that!

Our family loves going to ChickFilA when we are in west OC and want to get something quickly. The service is always fast and super friendly.

Wow! This is for the Service I received here.
There is an employee named Norma. She was truly amazing! She let us know when there was freshly brewed coffee and refilled our cups!
She offered to throw away our trash for us and our trays. Although we declined, just that thought was so nice of her. She kept returning to us if we needed anything and she helped us as much as she could. We were staying in the ocean city area for vacation. We came yesterday, but because of her service we decided to come back here again today for breakfast. Her smiles made our day! Thank you Norma!!!

One of my favorite fast food places of all time! Always consistently good! I’m from northern Virginia and we have them all over the place. This one also did a great job! Very impressed! Keep up the good work! Also, Caitlin is the best drive through order taker ever!

Did not have a good experience at this chick-​fil-​a. Being from Atlanta, we eat at CFA frequently. I get the #9. Got that today and it was barely warm. Sent that back and received another, a little better than the first, but still not toasted like at home. .visibly brown with markings of being toasted. Also, the bread was thin and fell apart. Not at all like the bread we have in Atlanta! Also I got a fruit cup that had only 1 strawberry, cut in half, 7 blueberries, 1 flimsy piece of orange and 75% green apple. This was not a good representation of the Chick –fil-​a we know and love.

I enjoy CFA’s in general but this location’s service rocks! On a visit last summer with friends, an associate approached our table and offered to refill our beverages. I appreciate how this chain goes above and beyond to upgrade a guest’s experience from a fast food restaurant to casual dining. This location has exceptional breakfast sandwiches! While I try to identify something to critique, I fail. Keep up the great service!

Friendly, heavy on the customer service. Very clean. Indoor play place.
Right next to the bay.
And the food tastes good, and fresh too.

Went 10 miles out of my way to eat here almost every day of our vacation (it would have been every day if not for the wife!).
The food so far 5 stars, the service here 5 stars! The food value — Excellent! No one else can seem to compete.
Very pleasing considering how most restaurants in Ocean City seem to have employees that could care less and that attitude shows. Chick-​Fil-​A was great. Consistent with what I have come to expect from Chick-​Fil-​A.

This is a great location and I can not say enough good about it. Ron DiFava (Owner/​Operator) works his butt off to bring you the best experience you can have at a Chick-​fil-​A. He does not expect any less from his employees but he is a kind and fair person. This location is clean and friendly.

We came in on Chick-​fil-​A «Freedom of Speech» appreciation day. There were hundreds of people inside and out and a line in the drive through that went out onto the main street. I was so impressed with how organized and quick everything was… way to go CFA!

Love Chick-​Fil-​A. This location looked brand new and was enormous. Same great taste and service you are used to at all the locations.

Trying to figure out where to grab a quick dinner on a Saturday night without dealing with a huge crowd ended up with a random search driving down the Coastal Highway. There were a few spots that held some interest until the familiar logo came into view right before the bridge…
«The Good»
— Its a Chick Fil A, you either like their sandwiches or not, I happen to like them.
— The milkshakes are decent in a pinch, however there are a few places locally that specialize in them.
— Double lane, drive through to keep things on the move. They know they are gonna be busy, once the sign is plugged in, so they prepared for it.
