Our mission is to help you become more physically fit and to learn self protection and survival skills that can be utilized in your everyday life.

History

Established in 2005.

We began our martial arts instruction in Ocala as Bruno’s Martial Arts after having instructed students for years in New England.

We chose the name Vanguard because it means ‘out in front’ and it is our goal to train adults and children in the way to defend themselves.
