I was referred to Shannons by the BMW dealership in town when I was having issues with my Mini Cooper. Not only did they figure out the problem right away but they got the parts, fixed my car and had it returned to me within 24hours. They were very professional, knowledgable, incredibly polite and friendly and the prices are great. If you own a foreign car (or any car, really) you should check them out. I will DEFINITELY be using them for future service on my other vehicles.

Found this place through the strong recommendation of my tow truck driver when my car broke down on 75.
This was my first time taking my Audi to a service place other than the dealership and the experience was very pleasant.
Shannon and his team are honest upfront guys. They were able to quickly diagnosis the issue with my car and get the part in the next day. The labor costs and parts pricing were very reasonable.
They specialize in German cars like Mercedes, BMW, Mini, VW, and Audi. Keep in mind that there are no Audi dealers in Ocala or anywhere close to the area. The closest dealership is in Jacksonville, which is 1.5 hours away.
I am glad to have found Shannon’s shop and would definitely use them again!
