Establishe in 1976 by myself and wife. Been going at it ever since. Big city service in Miami. Opened up additional office in Ocala Fl. Brother in Miami operates that location. State Fla License acquired 1977 after extensive training and certifications in the HVAC arena and extensive factory servicing and education in Major Appliances.

Attended Gladstone hvac institute in Miami, Fl. Special Level hvac training.

Completed State of Florida mandated education and recieved State Registered Contractors Class A License. Operated hvac business from 1976 to present. Owned 3 locations servicing and installing airconditioning systems and Major Appliances. Warehoused 100’s of refurbished appliances airconditioner’s and sold to the public. Presently offering professinal A/​C and Major appliance service and installation.
