B E RV Service Repair

Horrible service, quality workmanship and customer communication. It took almost two months to install a replacement awning on a destination park model. It also took several attempts at getting it correct after finally ordering a second awning.
While this service was completed for our elderly neighbors, I was involved with every aspect of the horrible ordeal. Finally, it was installed properly.
The service men, in some cases, were rude and did not have any idea how to install the awning. Sadly, they are dealers for Care Free awnings! I hope Care Free reads reviews.
The delays, the quality of work, and the unfriendly workers, all serve as a warning to avoid this company.

Had two sheets of metal paneling replaced behind the entrance door, they used two sheets that appear t be used, a lot of scratches and they even tried to touch some of the scratches up with a light beige paint, the panels are WHITE… Quality of work POOR !!!

What a wonderful experience! They replaced our air conditioner at a very reasonable price. We noticed right away that they also washed the exterior! Then when we got back home we noticed they had fixed a small broken piece on the outside of the camper. They didn’t charge us for the extras either!
B&E went above and beyond what is expected from a repair service. We are greatly pleased with our experience!

I have had several experiences with B & E RV Service & Repair and they have all been «as good as it gets.» My initial experience was with Bobby, after I was referred to him by Forrest River. My Forrest River Cardinal roof had leaked, resulting in the rotting of wood in the slide and causing the slide mechanism to fail. When I took it back to the original dealership where I purchased it, they were going to charge me «a fortune» to repair it. Even though I had purchased it new from that dealer, they ignored the fact that some of the problem (with the roof) was still in warranty. I called Forrest River and they referred me to B & E. B&E, working with the roofing company, repaired everything and, actually did much more, charging me ¹⁄₅^th of what the original dealership (where I purchased the Cardinal) had asked. An important point here is that they were «on it» immediately and did a truly awesome job with all repairs and other improvements and they charged me a very fair price (great value and great quality work.) I have taken the 5^th wheel back several times and each time, I was — more than — satisfied with their work AND, the time it took them for their repairs, general maintenance, or other work and improvements.
Also, when it came to something that they could not do, or could not get to right away, their recommendations for other companies that could do the work has been really great (such as Hitching Post of Ocala that installed equipment for flat towing our Honda CRV or Walt’s Brake Service for work on the motor home engine).
