Ardell’s Moving & Delivery Services

We used Pardee’s originally to move most our stuff from Ocala to Jax, but the second time around we used Ardell’s because we had to haul a ’63 Chevy along with the rest of our furniture and boxes. They were exceptionally professional, courteous, and thoughtful. Ardell supervised 3 movers and they worked effectively but were careful about our furniture unlike Pardee’s guys who scratched up our corners. They even pushed our truck in neutral since our brakes weren’t working. I would highly recommend these hardworking guys for any moving needs.

Bought a mattress set from American Freight in Ocala FL. They offered same day delivery but upon my request, agreed to the next day. They said it would be approx between 1−4pm.
About 3 pm the movers called to say they were on their way. I helped with some directions (which I later discovered on my own that they weren’t correct but no one even gave an inkling that I misled them) and they appeared with a large moving truck. I asked if they would like me to move my car out of the drive and they assured me it wasn’t necessary.
They had it marked down on their paperwork that they would take away the old mattress set. I didn’t have to disassembe anything. They did it all. They were about to put up the new one when I was told that the rails I «thought» was the right size, wasn’t. They felt so bad about it but put the mattress set in the master bedroom for me until I could get a new one.
They were most polite, professional, caring and quick. Sometimes, we can get people who are cranky, just do as little as possible in their job description etc.; whether its due to a rough day or the heat. These gentlemen were sweating but not a word of discomfort came from them. I did offer a cold bottle of water and one did accept with gratitude. But it was I who was grateful that Ardell Moving was my delivery service.
