History

Established in 1988.

As a young stylist I was immediately attracted to the lovely community of Oakmont. After working at several salons in surrounding areas I decided to take the plunge and open my own salon. The salon has gone though many transformations in the past 23 years, as well as my craft and creativity. As a result I am surrounded by an incredibly talented staff in a chic boutique like salon. All of us strive to make clients feel comfortable and valued. We inspire one another and this is translated into the styles and looks that we create for our clients.

Business Owner

I began my career in 1979. After working at a few salons I became interested in make — up. I did several commercials and industrial shoots before I had the opportunity to be the make up artist in George Romero’s Creep Show. I worked in several other salon and attended countless seminars, classes and trade shows. I trained at Vidal Sasoon Academy in California. Then in 1988 opened Styling Forum with not much more than raw ambition. It has been a rewarding decision not without trials and tribulations. But as they say, «the cream always rises to the top». And without a doubt I am blessed every day.
