I am a real estate broker and REO specialist with over twelve years of experience in the legal and real estate sales and marketing fields. I have built a reputation in the local community as a fair and honest businessman and my team operates under the premise that our worth is only as great as the value we add to our clientele. When the California real estate industry shifted in 2006, I joined the REO department of PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. in Walnut Creek, CA. This experience laid the foundation for the tremendous growth of my real estate practice. In the past several years, my team closed over 160 transactions with over $ 60 million in sales volume. This success was a direct by-​product of my vision and ability to build a team of professionals that believe in hard work and giving back to the community in which they serve.

History

Established in 2005.

Mark began with an initial career in the legal field after graduating from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, but obtained his real estate license in 2005 and has been working as a Broker/​Agent full time for the past decade. Schweller Properties was a group of outstanding service oriented agents created some time ago through Mark’s vision and commitment to providing clients with the highest level of customer service possible. We have seen an evolution from an expanding market, to a historic collapse, to distressed home sales and most recently a trend toward move up and relocation clients. Mark has been a successful and productive agent throughout his career, but most recently was the top producing agent out of a roster of about 100 during the 2013 & 2014 calendar year at KW East County. In January Schweller Properties shifted to a new alliance with A. Meadows Real Estate located in Oakley, which also features a property management and construction company.

With over a decade of experience in the legal and real estate sales and marketing field, Mark has a strong wealth of personal transactional experience to guide clients in making informed decisions with regard to their real property investments. A firm believer in long term business relationships based on mutually beneficial strategies and integrity. Mark has been a leader in production as a result of his client first philosophy for quite a number of years, but most recently the top producing agent at KW East County in the 2013 and 2014 calendar year. In January, Schweller Properties joined A. Meadows Real Estate in Oakley, which offers the added advantage of reputable onsite property management and construction services in addition to the residential brokerage business. Mark is a staunch supporter of local kids activities and charitable causes, including but not limited to Special Olympics, Top Soccer, Challenger Baseball, local Little League, and the Angelman Syndrome Foundation.
