It has been a pleasure working with Bill.
To start off, he was very courteous on the phone and through out later. He was available for the inspection at a very short notice. Not only that, he started the outdoor/​exterior inspection even before I reached their with the key.
He was thorough in explaining the results. In fact, he was nice enough to answer a question I had 3 months later.
Will definitely use his services again!

I just want to say what a pleasure it has been to work with Bill. He has inspected a couple of my potential homes until I finally found the right one. He is honest and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear. He is very thorough in his inspections and at the end he will do a walk around with you and explain all his findings. He answered all my questions and really helped me make an educated decision on the purchase of the property. I also must say his price was very reasonable even for a duplex. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family and will definitely use him on my next home purchase.

I’ve used Bill for many years as one of the home inspectors that I recommend to clients. Bill has assisted many of my clients with inspections. He is keeps up to date on code requirements and is knowledgeable. He is responsive with answering calls and is quick with scheduling and turning around his reports. He also takes the time to explain items to my buyers. I’ve taken many vendors off of my list over the years, but Bill remains.

We have been in the process of trying to buy a new home for about a year now, we have used Bill to inspect all the potential homes. He is thorough, precise and respectful of the property. He points out issues and concerns that need to be addressed, as well as options that will not cost a great deal of money. One house we ended up not to pursue in the end, he even went and checked the furnace for free. I trust his observations and his judgement, not only does he know his job, but can give and educated guess (with a caveat) or send you to the correct source if he is not sure of an issue. I would recommend him to anyone again and again.
