NEW MANAGER Is Horrible! SHE is rude and has no clue about auto parts ! After doing business at O Reilly & Kragen will be using Autozone and Napa instead! YOU ROLLED YOUR EYES AT THE WRONG CUSTOMER! You made the mistake causing the part return ! Do yourself a favor go to Autozone or Napa!’

They had exactly what I needed, they were very reasonably priced I got more for my money there then I would have at the other auto parts store that wanted to charge me double. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely continue to purchase my car parts from here and not at the other places. Thank you O’Riley Auto Parts

I phoned this place earlier today I was put on hold and Dorothy NEVER came back on the line. I hung up called back and a very nice guy helped me. I was quoted $ 36.00 for a motor mount. I sent my daughter down to pick the part. When she got home the part was $ 56.00. I called and spoke with Dorothy who instead of trying to fix my problem gave me attitude and acted like I was bothering her. I couldn’t seem to make her understand that my problem wasn’t only with the price it was with making sure that I have the right part. I am paying someone and if I was given the wrong part I needed to get the right one. She couldn’t have cared less. I have a bad situation with them a few years ago but have been in a few times and had good service. This woman either hates her job or hates helping customers. If you need help make sure you are NOT helped by Dorothy! Ugh

Very friendly staff. Clean store with plenty of space between aisles. My parts are always in stock, but they are more than happy to order parts for those who need them.

I like this store for several reasons…
It’s very close to mi casa
The staff are very friendly
The staff doesn’t make me feel like the automotive novice like I am
The store mostly has what I need
Their hours are convenient
My recent trip here had me seeking a squeegie, while they didn’t have exactly what I needed they did have some options.
I love that when I come in here I am always greeted and asked if I need help, do I really look that lost?
In any case, I’ll be back.
