Used«Elite» when I moving into a new home to re-key two locks. Two locks that you can re-key yourself but one needed a new tumbler, it only had two working pins of sixteen. Time wise, shouldn’t and didn’t take too long. Did the locks work afterwards? Yea. When I was given the«invoice,» it was hand written on a pad you can pick up from Office Depot. No set prices, my quote was for less than $ 75, so imagine my surprise when my bill was for over $ 160. $ 25 for just the«service call,» $ 100 for two locks, another fee for a part he didn’t use or have and an incorrect tax calculation. Won’t ever do business with this company again. The transaction was completely shady and he’d only accept cash. No thanks.

I called to have 2 locks changed on the entry way. I was told the charge would be $ 15.00 service fee. And if you do not want to continue with the service then that would be the only cost. Once the technician came out and told me the price was $ 220.00 I told him never mind I would change the lock myself. He wanted to charge an additional $ 35.00. When you call the office, you get the run around about what is charge and not charged. The $ 35.00 is for taking 1 screw out and counting how many pins are in the key lock? Why would that be labor if you need to take that out to check for the pins? Save your money and time go to Ace hardware they will rekey you locks for $ 12.50 a lock!!!
