We provide full-​service residential and light commercial HVAC services. We can install quality equipment, provide excellent service and repair, and improve your airflow and air quality through duct improvement, air filtration, and zoning. We also offer a comprehensive Preferred Customer Sevice Plan which checks your equipment on a regular basis for safety and optimal operation. This keeps your family comfortable, while saving you money and extending the life of your equipment. This plan also gives you priority service and discounts on repairs.

History

Established in 2007.

Over 21 years ago, Chad and his parents started a Heating and Air Conditioning Company to serve the needs of East and Central Contra Costa County.

When Chad’s parents decided to retire, we wanted to create our own company based on honesty and integrity. We chose «A Higher Standard» as our tagline because we believe that our Christian values and belief in always doing what is right allow us to provide the highest standard of care and service, putting our customers first in all we do.

Raised in Brentwood when it was just a sleepy farm town, Chad knows the Contra Costa County area better than most. He has worked on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment for over 21 years and has probably done work for people you know. At 6’7″, most people don’t forget him. He cares about his customers and their satisfaction is most important to him.
