What can I say — BUYER BEWARE. Don’t let them tell you that your unit «just needs cleaning.» The tech who came out the first time (yes, more than 1 visit) said the unit could last another 5 – 10 years if I just cleaned it and that it needed to be cleaned before they could really assess the unit’s working condition. Yeah they came and cleaned it and then had to come back and do it again! All of this being done on my time because they don’t work on Saturdays. It’s also interesting to note that the service tech said the unit had a good 5 – 10 years left and the cleaning guy said «not.» I knew at that point I had been ripped off. And… there was no follow-​up assessment! My HVAC is still not working properly. $ 600 for what fellas???
Good thing I am able to go back to the home warranty people — filed a complaint against these guys and they guaranteed me they would find a company who could accommodate my schedule AND HOPEFULLY SERVICE MY HVAC properly — let’s hope the next company is more on the up and up!
Could have had Coit do what AAA-​Air Experts did for far far less $$!
