Wong’s Auto Service, located in Oakland, California, has been providing excellent general auto repair for the San Francisco Bay Area since 1990. We are licensed by the state of California as an official smog check, brake adjustment, and lamp inspection station. Additionally, we are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified.

We work on a variety of vehicles, including both domestic and foreign. We mainly perform smog checks (we are not a «Test Only» station, but if your vehicle fails the inspection, we can do the repair), and brake and light inspections, but we also provide: maintenance services (30,000 miles to 120,000 miles), oil changes as well as safety inspections, major tune-​ups, work on brakes, struts, shocks, air conditioning and heater repair, and work on timing belts and water pumps.
