Vip Auto Collision Repair

I came here with my 2008 honda civic hybrid. My auto insurance was covering some damage repair from a hit and run, but I also had some preexisting scrapes that I was hoping to get a good deal on. Denny was so nice and accommodating that he agreed to do the additional work free of charge!!! I couldn’t believe it! As a young woman I’m very wary of being taken advantage of by car repair places, but VIP was honest and so helpful. My car was ready in 5 days and when I picked it up the whole car had been washed and detailed too! Really quality work and my car really looks like new. Thank you, Denny!

I took my Prius here after some hit me without leaving a note. Denny is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met. Working with this shop was the most stress-​free experience I have ever had when it comes to auto repair. He really knows what he is doing and my car honestly looks so much better than before! I highly recommend this shop!!!

Clean shop; kind, honest, timely service. Only problem is he forgot to tell me ahead of time that he doesn’t accept credit cards. Or paypal. I’d have to go out of my way to pay him, then. Fortunately he was flexible enough to let me pick up my car and pay him on a different date, but he should seriously consider using at least Square or Paypal, and letting customers know ahead if time.

Took my truck here the other day. I was referred by a friend of mine. He told me to come here because they do great work and they won’t over charge for services they didn’t do.
You know a lot of auto body places are shady. I’m a girl I have experienced this first hand a few years ago. You see these mechanics see a small asian girl and are like, «hmmmm, I can rip this girl off» And they will!
This place is far from that you guys. Denny, the owner, told me exactly what he was going to do, how long it was going to take and how much it was going to cost. You see, I messed up my tailgate backing up. I know, but accidents do happen. I nudged the corner of this building and scraped of some paint and dented it a little also. Two days later, he told me to come pick up my tailgate. He put the tailgate back on for me when I came back and that was that. IN and OUT. I highly recommend this place. The owner is truthful, experienced and the price is great!
