I’ve been working with DeVon for 6+ months. He’s not the first trainer I’ve worked with, but by far my favorite. He works with me to set goals, put a plan in place, and pushes with positive reinforcement. I’ve lost over 30lbs, am stronger, more flexible, and healthier than I have been in years.
