Great service. Fast and friendly. Installed tire valve and I was on my way. They inspected tire before repairing to be sure inside wasn’t damaged. Thanks!

Good for tires and very basic stuff. Not good for bigger issues. I had a big component replaced in n my car by them not long ago, and the person who ran full diagnostics on my car last week told me the replacement part used was really, really cheap (which I did not care much since it was an old car) and that they had put new fluid on that part on top of existing dirty fluid instead of cleaning up the whole thing.

I desperately needed tires and my car has an oddball tire size. A friend told me go to Tire Tech, they had 3 tires in the size I needed (comeon, tires should be stocked in multiples of 2!!). Anyhow, the guy took my phone number and said he’d try to find four matching tires. Well I live about 40 minutes away, but anyhow he called about two hours later and said he had four matching tires, and when he gave me the price, it was reasonable. He said they were packed, but if I came back he’d fit me in since I had been there already. So I drove back 40 minutes, they took my keys and told me I could go to strip mall across the street and they’d call when car was done. Well, about a half hour later they called and car was done. I thought that was very fair. But what I liked best was they did NOT try to upsell me, like other tire places have done– I went to one tire place in West Belt Mall who were relentless about selling me an alignment, a tune up, a 50,000 mile service, a check up, etc etc etc. Now that place lost my business for sure.

These guys are lifesavers! I live in Central Jersey and I was driving my daughter to her first day of college in Massachusetts when the tire pressure gauge went off on Route 287 North and we watched as the tire steadily deflated. It was 6:30 AM Saturday of Labor Day weekend and we pulled off the road in Oakland and went to a gas station who offered no help and showed little if any interest. Not being from the area I called AAA who came 45 minutes later and put on a temporary tire. Since we could not travel over 300 miles on that tire I set out calling tire stores in the area. After several calls to shops that were closed I called the guys at Tire Tech and they said they were busy but bring it over and they would fit me in. hen we got there Tony came right out to inspect the problem with my tire. I assumed I was going to be told I needed new tires and at that point I had no choice since I had to get my daughter and the packed minivan to Massachusetts. As it turned out the problem was a cracked valve gauge on the tire which they didn’t have in stock but would send someone to their warehouse and pick up the part. Not only did they fix the tire that was a problem they discovered another tire that had the same issue and fixed that as well. They got us in and out of there within an hour and we were able to get my daughter to college on time. They were helpful, honest and straightforward and I highly recommend all of them! First of all, the work done on my car has held up so far. But the time that it took for the work to be completed was not satisfactory. I dropped the car off and gave the mechanics at Tire Tech 5 days to diagnose and repair the issues on my car. After calling on the third day, I was told the car had not been on the lift yet and that I needed new tires. I already knew this because I told Tire Tech I needed new tires. What I was looking for was a complete check of the front end of the vehicle and I was told upon dropping off the car that this would be done. Even after making this call, I still was not contacted by Tire Tech to tell me what was wrong with the car. I called again after the 5 days that I had asked for my repair work to be completed had expired and was told that a budget was being done up for my repairs.
After consenting to the repairs I was told the car would be ready in one day. Again, it took nearly four days to get all the repairs done. Granted, the repairs were extensive but I was told one thing and then experienced another. Each excuse that I got was that they are really busy.
After paying a considerable amount of money I was handed the keys to my car. As a final display of Tire Tech’s troubles, I was told my car was in the parking lot. I checked the parking lot and my car was not there. After questioning a few employees, Tire Tech located my car.
I believe that this company merged with CDR in Oakland, which is a shame because CDR always did business very professionally. Tire Tech seems confused and overwhelmed by the volume of their business.

After much online research, Tire Tech was the most cost-​effective choice for the Bridgestones I needed. My dealings with Sam and Pat were professional and pleasant, plus the tire install took less than an hour! Thanks guys, for making my tire-​buying experience a positive one.

After recently moving to Ringwood, NJ i was in need of 4 new tires, an oil change and something done to fix my alignment. I was unsure where to go so i called about 6 different shops in the area.
After speaking with all of them i decided to choose Tire Tech.
Their price quote was very competitive. Both gentlemen i spoke with over the phone; Sam and Pat were extremely nice and made me feel like trusting them was the smart choice.
My Hyundai has been back on the road for about 2 weeks now and is riding perfect! The alignment issue which was causing my car to veer heavily to the left is fixed and i can not be happier!
I will def be coming back to tire tech, and recommending them to anyone in the area.
