We are a bankruptcy law firm with over 21 years of experience assisting consumers and small businesses get a fresh start by eliminating debt. Although our experience and volume is comparable to the biggest law firms in the Bay Area, we pride ourselves in giving clients personal service comparable to the smaller firms.

Every client who seeks our advice receives a free one-​hour consultation with an experienced bankruptcy attorney. In this in-​depth consultation, an experienced attorney will carefully analyze the client’s financial situation, explain the available alternatives, and assists the client in choosing the best alternative.

Meet the Business Owner

Lars F.

Business Owner

Lars Fuller obtained both a B.S. in Chemistry and a J.D. from Santa Clara University. He established The Fuller Law Firm in Oct. 1990 and grew it to the four lawyer firm that it is today. He has represented thousands of debtors in bankruptcy matters. These days he meets and advises clients during the initial consultation, and handles Chapter 11 and complex Chapter 13 cases and oversees and mentors associates.

Organizations that provide Continuing Legal Education for attorneys sometimes ask Lars to teach bankruptcy law in their Continuing Legal Education courses. From time to time, when his schedule permitted, Lars has done so. Lars is always happy to give back to his favorite field of law, and intends to continue teaching in the continuing education classes to the extent his schedule permit.
