History

Established in 2016.

Square One Kids Academy started operations as a daycare and preschool in Oakland, NJ in 2016. Our team members have several years of experience working in childcare and education institutions and we welcome you to come visit our center to take a tour and meet our staff.

We are full-​service child care and education facility for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. We strive to be the first solid foundation for your child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. This will aid in their long term success in education, personality development, and independence.

— BA in Early Childhood Education.

— Teaching Certification K-​8.

— Over 13 years experience working in childcare centers and elementary schools.

— Her passion for children and their education is what drives her to ensure all children learn and achieve to their greatest potential.

— Her understanding of children’s development effectively guides her in creating and carrying out a developmentally appropriate curriculum, focused on building a solid foundation of learning.

— Her leadership and strong communication skills translate to providing excellent customer service with the parents of the children in her care.

— Mother of two boys, ages 14 and 17, who currently go through the Oakland school system.
