Avoid this place at all costs. The front loader I was using filled with water all the way to the top, until water came out of the soap dispenser. The attendant arrived fairly quickly. When she arrived, she spoke to me in English, but when I asked for a refund 3 minutes later she pretended not to understand what I was saying and pointed to the «maximum detergent ¼ cup» sign. Duh, I know that. There were no suds, it was clean water coming out of the front and sides of the machine. The machine was broken (as were half of the other machines).
I did not get a refund, but I did get to spend an extra half hour here and leave drenched with water. Needless to say, I’m never coming back.
