These guys are the best. Good locale. My family of cars all go there. They’re reliable, quick, and courteous. Even pointed out a nail in my tire last visit that I would’ve never noticed. No frills and exactly what you want out of an oil change place. (And a little coffee hut drive thru on-​site just in case you did want a little something extra)

Not interested in making appointments and having staring contests with other customers while I wait for my number to be called. Best Service! Super quick and attentive! I went on my lunch break and they were done in no time. The techs are all super friendly and made me feel comfortable.

The dudes here make me look forward to an oil change. You roll up and instantly feel welcomed; these guys love cracking jokes and making small talk while they work efficiently on your car. I’m a single gal with a lot on her plate and little knowledge of auto-​mechanics, so it’s really great to find a place where you know they’re gonna take good care of you.
They keep record of what services you’ve received in the past, which is awesome, cause ain’t nobody got time to keep track of that shizz.
I used to live in this neighborhood, and have since moved, but I still make the trip back just to get my oil changed here– always worth it!

I came here while in the neighborhood to get an oil change because they advertised quick service but came out with a broken electronic dashboard on my Prius. While I was greeted by friendly service, they did more damage to my car that I did not anticipate with just a standard oil change.
I called them immediately the next day to inform them of the problem. It was working right before I pulled in and by the time I got on the freeway then tried to turn lights on and head home, I had no display.
They did not take responsibility and said this was not something that would have happened during an oil change. The fact that they wouldn’t even ask me to come in to see what went wrong was a definite indicator that I will stay away from this place and you should too!

This is my second time here and it was just as fast, efficient, and economical as last time but this time, these guys saved me big time. My car had felt weird the past day, so I asked them to check my tire pressure. They actually ended up finding a big gash in one of my tires that I didn’t see from the outside. Felt really lucky that I went here today and that these guys were thorough. Thanks for saving me, guys! This could have been a messy blow out on 580!

After having been here a few times, I’ve come to the conclusion I have certain likes and dislikes about the place, but I’m satisfied with the service.
10 minutes does not mean 10 minutes. It means 10 minutes and then probably another 20, and I usually go on a Friday mid-​day run, not even on a busy weekend. The confusion is that nobody knows which lane to go into, so somebody can show up 15 minutes later, but get serviced before you. I think this is my biggest complaint about this place.
I got asked if I wanted the high mileage upgrade this time. With some hesitation, I caved but this place does not sell products at you, so I appreciate that from car places. You sit in your car and your car get serviced.
They conduct the oil change. Look at the lights. What’d you expect from a place like this. Nothing too outstanding, yet not horrendously poor that warrants a 1 star review.
P. S. You can also get a stamp card from them too, if that’s your jam.

I came here again today with a different vehicle, and had a lame customer service experience.
The first gentleman who helped me asked if I wanted a high mileage oil for $ 10 more. I was on the fence, but he said that since it was my first time with this vehicle, I got $ 8.50 off. I went for the high mileage oil based on this.
When I went to check out, I saw that that hadn’t been applied, so I told the check-​out guy that the technician had told me that discount. He said, «oh, that deal ended a week ago». I fought him a little on it, saying, «Your employee just now told me I would get $ 8.50 off, will you honor that?» and he said, «I could give you $ 3 off». I went for it but it felt shady to me. As I left, I informed the other employee that the deal he’d mentioned had ended and he just said, «no way» with a dazed look on his face.
I really like that this place is quick and doesn’t pressure you to buy extra stuff, but this turned me off — it doesn’t bode well for the rest of their management practices if they aren’t communicating their deals with their employees nor honoring them when their employee makes the mistake.
