Offering adult centered creative education in Aireal Alchemy! NEW 4 week beginning series starting November 13^th at 6pm! Aireal Alchemy is the organic harmony of air and earth as expressed through the individual. At the Odditorium, students are praised for their strengths and given room to explore their natural talents. We provide classes in silks, rope & hoop, in traditional and liberal, professional & safe, learning environments. We look forwards to sharing the magic of a truly collaborative, non competitive circus space! Blessings !

History

Established in 2012.

Inspired by a Brooklyn– based artist community space, the Skyhigh Odditorium sprouted from the seed of aireal arts & acrobatics. Centralizing focus on the specific mind– body discipline, the aireal rig went up in under 1 month of acquisition of the unfinished performance space. The physical building was proceeded with years of artist events, backed by the underground Oakland community. Within the intentional community, the property was transformed and the Skyhigh Odditorium Aireal Atrium was born. With the added energies of construction to the usual business management, the Odditorium began hosting events on the summer solstice of 2012, celebrating the Mayan Day Out of Time to subsidize the costs. Students trasferred from the various previously used art facilities to the Odditorium, and classes, open gyms, and performances began to blossom. Over the 2 years our events hosted are so vast there isn’t often space to list. Evolution in motion, strong in core, and fluid in creation.

Business Owner

A character inspired by irregular beauty, Madamn Burnz is a fire eating performance artist, aiRealist, and mystic healer. Her background in competitive gymnastics, scholastic excellence, and intertional travel spout seeds of inspiration as a sustainable career. Madamn Burnz has lived many lives in her three earth decades, and exits as the sum of her experiences in intentional artist expression and community. Her centralized interests are in organization & translation of languages, with a current deep focus on aireal. Madamnz’ research has spanned through yoga, dance, philosophy, education, fire, performance, meditation, healing, & food as medicine, and she brings all of these to her profession as aireal coach and venue owner. With roots in eastern european culture & spirituality, Madamn brings the east to the west to the Skyhigh Odditorium through spanning the mystical conglomeration to include and create community.
