I would give them no stars if I could but I can’t. My sister in law had ordered custom ribbons for her wedding favors she ordered coral pink ribbons with black ink print went to pick it up for them since they don’t live in Oakland and went straight home. A couple days later I hadn’t touch the ribbons wanted to see how they turned out. Come to find out almost more than half the ribbons were poorly printed to a point where letters were almost missing to the word «wedding» the top of the «dd» we’re missing. Let me advise you that they forgot to disclose information that black ink is not a good idea to use because it supposedly didn’t print well. When I went back up there to see if they would fix it they one took forever to assist me. Than the short blonde chubby lady that works there told me that they tell all customers that black ink is not a good choice. Now you think if we were advise this in the first place that we would of changed our minds because we didn’t want to jeopardize ourselves with a bad outcome but they weren’t told. Now we are stuck with horrible ribbons which our supposed to be a part of a memory for people to remember there wedding. They have horrible customer service the chubby lady just wanted to argue with me the whole time she even tried to keep the ribbons that we paid for I also ask to speak to the owner she rudely asked if i spoke Spanish I said no because I don’t and she said well you can’t talk to her. Sorry to have such a lengthy review but I would like to end it by telling you this is a horrible place to spend your money at. I hate to have you spend money on something that is supposed to be memorable to leave you feeling upset and a waste of money and time. Good luck hopefully you get treated better than we did.

This place is pretty well stocked with a very wide variety of products that are reasonably priced, it’s fun to browse around. The 1 star is for poor costumer service and dishonesty. My family drove half an hour to get there because it’s one of the few stores that carries the lace and ribbons we needed, which they sell by the yard. We bought several different kinds and once we got home and measured them every single one of them was missing anywhere from a whole yard to ¼ of a yard. When we called the person was very unhelpful, defensive and made comments that insinuated that we were lying, never once apologized or offered options for reimbursement or returns. It’s frustrating that not only are we not going to have enough material to finish our products but also be forced to make another long trip, waste gas, time and money on products we already paid for. I would suggest to look very closely at how they measure things out for you if you choose to go there.

I love coming to this place. I went to do my one stop shop. I’m appointed godmother to a baby, and I had to get all his stuff in under 2 weeks to prepare I came here.

They speak English and Spanish. So dont feel like an outcast, people here are real friendly
