Customer service is careless and shoddy. I wrote them a couple of letters regarding their customer service and they lacked the decency and the professionalism to respond. There is no business more despicable than a business that does not care about maintaining its customers.

I had some minor printing to get done so I called to see what they could do. The lovely co-owner treated me with such kindness and consideration even though my printing job was only $ 1 worth! I emailed them the docs, they printed them, and I picked them up shortly thereafter.
So easy. So helpful. So lovely! It’s refreshing to see such a well-run small business with such high standards for customer service and quality.
