They have the best customer service. My mother-​inlaw, myself, my besties, and even my husband shops here. Not only do they have fine jewelry and one of a kind pieces, they also have unique gifts for friends or your home. My husband can come in here and say, «It’s my wife’s bday what’s on her wish list?» They’ll look me up and have a wide price range of stuff on the computer. Love this place.

Great selection of jewelry, ranging from the quite affordable to the once-​in-​a-​lifetime buys. Roberts has her studio right there in the back of the shop. I love the simple style and the way she uses different metals together.
The customer service is excellent, they take their time to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I went in search of a gift for a friend’s special day, and they helped me find pieces within my price range that they thought would appeal to her particular style. I found what I was looking for — and my friend seems to never take off her new necklace!

Was searching for a wallet. The selection at Philippa Roberts was the best around! Wide selection for both men and women — in a variety of price ranges, from $ 20 to $ 150. And they wrapped it in a cute box!

friendly cashier/​owner. cute gifts, mostly small bags and jewelry. however i think the jewelry wasn’t really my style. i just browsed very quickly but could tell that most of the stuff is for older people. jewelry with large stones and stuff. a few candles and soaps.
nice music though. i hung around for a bit to listen to some more music.

Holiday madness was totally suspended in this tiny store in my late shopping today, two days before Christmas. I’m usually a little incapacitated at Phillipa Roberts, because I love almost everything in it. But today, I was on the hunt for my mother-​in-​law, who needs nothing but loves to be remembered with a tasteful piece of jewelry. As I floated away from a simple necklace that was out of my price range, a helpful associate said, «That table is all 25% off.» Then she went through the store and pulled half a dozen pieces that were in the right price range and close to the taste I showed when I picked up that first necklace. I ended up back with the first necklace, and asked about a magnetic clasp to replace the hook so my m.i.l. could use it, and this was the most AMAZING thing today – the other associate offered to run across the street to Blue Door Beads and pick one up for me! She did, told me I’d need to go over there and pay them the $ 2.73 for the clasp, which I did while the Phillipa gals replaced the clasp without charge. Bonus: the clasp from Blue Door is a really nice, super strong magnet and a pleasing shape.
Before I left, I browsed the $ 35 bargain basket next to the cash register and then texted my husband to come check it out with my son, who I was pretty sure hadn’t gotten anything for me yet. There were at least 4 things in that bargain basket that were perfect for me. I don’t know how their visit went, but there are now two Phillipa Roberts gift bags under our Christmas tree and one of them has my name on it…

I like this store, it was so much fun looking at all the carefully chosen items that were displayed with such care. I also loved her jewelry and there were a lot of fun pieces.
Since I overspent on my budget for jewelry for this month at Jennifer Tuton, I couldn’t buy anything but I just really enjoyed looking at her jewelry which was simple and delicate.
I could totally see myself wearing her pieces but I wish she had pieces that were in rhodium, silver usually tarnishes on me and since I’m allergic to nickel I’m not able to wear her earrings.
I will take a closer look at her gold jewelry as soon as I have enough money in my budget.

Love this place! I can always find a gift here, whether it’s for a birthday, shower, anniversary, Mother’s Day, whatever! I recently had a necklace made for my mom and she loved it so much that we’ve gone back to get necklaces made for several other women in our family. The staff is very friendly and super efficient. So glad to have such a gem right across the street from my office!

Really beautiful jewelry designs. I bought a couple of earrings and necklaces as gifts which were well received. This is my go-​to place for gifts.
I have my eye on a gold tone chain necklace I saw in the window and will get it for myself as a gift soon!

This little shop is perfect when you’re looking for a gift for yourself or a friend. I enjoyed browsing through the jewelry — there is a really great selection of rings, necklaces, bracelets etc. It’s not cheap jewelry, some of which run well into the hundreds of dollars, but there are items which run under $ 100 or even $ 50.
They have a bunch of knick knacks as well so take your time browsing. The store looks small but they are packed with a lot of stuff.
I ended up buying a business card holder from here and my son wanted this unusual wallet.
Really cute store and they told me they get new things all the time.

The store itself is very cute with lots of beautiful jewelry and charming gift ideas to choose from. They also make all their jewelry in-​house. Philippa introduced herself and gave us a little background about her, the store and jewelry. FYI, all the jewelry in the store is made of sterling silver or gold vermeil.
This is one of those local businesses that you hope succeeds. The staff is very helpful and super knowledgeable about their craft… they make you WANT to come back! Can’t wait to come back: o)

Do you know how, if you’re like a lot of women, your heart speeds up a little when you spy that familiar teal of a Tiffany’s box or bag with its distinctive black lettering? Well, I’ve found my new version of that experience. The tiny packaging that will make my pulse race is now is a tasteful beige with four olive looking circles that form a stylized flower next to the name: (in lower case) Philippa Roberts.
I came in for a soirée, but stayed to shop! This store rocks! If I had more than a few pennies to rub together, I would have bought much more. As it was the friendly staff pretty much had to kick me out at closing. At one point, I literally said, «Do I have to go? Can I please stay?» Podge, Jen, Stacey, Adam, and (of course) Philippa are amazing kind and down-​to-​earth people. They were humorous and charming. I won’t bore you by going into every exchange, but suffice it to say that I enjoyed some nice conversation with each person.
The store has a wonderful range of jewelry, household decorative items and appropriate gifts. I bought a wonderful delicate necklace (which, alas, was not one of Philippa’s) to which I added some letter pendents. I look forward to returning and buying one of Philippa’s pieces. (Better yet, somebody should buy me some!) What was nice is that the staff all seem to know where the other bits come from. So anything you buy here supports a cool artist.

What was wonderful about this little shop is the people who work here, right? Philippa, Podge, and Jenn…3 peas in a pod and nothing short of genius when it comes to the jewelry making skills, ladies. The supplies you so graciously let us use was remarkable. The intricacy of some of the jewelry there was astounding. So in love with this shop and cannot wait to come back to fulfill any hankerings for jewelry in the future. Perfect little gift shop with all sorts of fun finds. I am in love with the cloth headbands and will for sure have to make a trip to get one. Also saw some antique-​ish block letter necklace charms that caught my eye.
Philipa and staff are what really make this place shine. See you wonderful ladies soon.

Take your time when you get to this boutique: there’s lots to see and admire. If you are not sure how to adorn yourself properly, this is a great place to start! Eye-​catching items of all varieties (necklaces, earrings, handbags, baby clothes, beer-​bottles-​turned-​glasses…) fill this cheery shop. In addition to showcasing other artists’ work, Phillippa Roberts presents her own stylish line of accessories, manufactured on site (!) by a team of not only skilled but also extremely affable people.
Unique doesn’t even begin to describe what goes on here.

I loved their selection of quality sterling silver and gold vermeil pieces. It was refreshing to hear from Philippa herself that all of her pieces start as original designs, and that she and her staff really take care with each item. Her employees are extremely helpful and friendly.
If you need a custom design — you can have it! The store has lots of other goodies like wallets, stationary, baby gifts, and scarves too. The prices are really reasonable, and I’m looking forward to returning to support this local artist and her team!

Love this shop! Tonight was my first time there. I was a +1 for the Unilocal event. We got to got across the street for wine tasting, them come back to make our own piece of jewelry! Being the indecisive person that I am, it took me a while to pick my materials, but everyone there was super helpful and patient with my clumsy self. Philippa was there and totally helped me with my necklace and I totally (heart) Adam for his help with both of my necklace. (Thanks for your patience, Adam– you totally rule!)
We also spend like an hour looking at all of the adorable and fun stuff there. I will definitely come back here to shop on a normal day. You should be sure to go there when you need a gift for someone, there is some great stuff and the jewelry is BEAUTIFUL!

LOVE this shop. You can find handmade silver and semi-​precious stone bracelets, rings and necklaces here. Also items such as cutesy homewares, photo frames, etc.
In the back, you can see the artisans busy at work. Other jewelry designers are showcased here. Definitely the place to come for unique, locally-​produced one-​of-​a-​kind pieces. More on the delicate and dainty side, it is also reasonably priced!
I could understand one of the Unilocaler’s reservations about service. Compared to Pimlico, it is more standoffish, which is a shame. As the saying goes, «you attract more bees with honey.» Or however that saying goes.

This is a nice jewelry store with mid range pieces. It seems that most, if not all the items are from local artist. There is an emphasis on sterling silver with clean lines. A would be great place to buy gifts, unfortunately, I can only give the store 2 stars because the customer service was atrocious. After glaring at me throughout my visit, the sales lady told one of her associates to watch my friend and me while she went in the back to look for a non display item that we were purchasing.
You would think in the days of such an uncertain economy that the help would have learned by now to treat all customers with respect… a pity, and I won’t be returning.

Love the Zutano clothes and blankets for babies … Great for gifts! All babies look cute in Zutano.
They have lots of thoughtful gifts here … Jewelry, baby items, some books, it is a good bet you will find something you like.

Exquisite, feminine jewelry. Fabulous shop with excellent service and great selection of gift items beyond jewelry. Very fair prices for excellent quality.
I bought my wife’s Christmas present here last month, and was helped by a very charming and accommodating Philippa Roberts herself.
So guys… if you’re stumped on what to buy your wife or girlfriend for a gift for your anniversary, her birthday or Christmas, come here. You can’t go wrong.
