They will tell you that you can’t pick your own car & they will pick one for you and tell you to come back after paying it for a year and refinance. They tried to sell my husband and I a 2014 Sonata & when we test drove the car it was shaky and didn’t feel right. We ran the report on CarFax & found out the car had been in an accident but they never mentioned that… how convenient. My husband has good credit yet they tried to quote us 25% interest!!! Making a 18k car almost 40k this place is a joke and I would not recommend to anybody!!! Beware!!!

I should have took my money else were! With the run around they gave me with buying my car I should have known that what they finally gave me was crap! Brought the car at night didn’t notice the side view mirror was a different color. And the first time I started it up when it was cold the engine sounded like a lion! But now it’s won’t start I haven’t had it a year! I kept up with oil changes, tires and brakes but yet my car will not start! When I signed the contract they told me I had a year warranty but now that I need it they cant find my car in the system! Woooooow I’m lost for words! I’ve bought use cars off the street that ran for years and my first car off the lot brakes down before a year??? I’m so disappointed and would not recommend anyone to buy a car form here!

I came in with no car as it got totaled out. Who believe the radio right?! Well if you come here to this location ask for Chris! He got me a car $ 100 cheaper then the car that just got totaled. He found a bank that worked with my issue. He even got me a glass of water. I know water who cares. But I do it shows how much they wanted to help me get back on the road.

I was considering Paul Blanco. I’m contiplating buying my daughter a vehicle. I read the reviews, and quickly made the decision, not to purchase from Paul Blanco.
My suggestion to this dealership is straighten up and fly right. When you have at least a 4 star rating, I may consider purchasing from you. You definitely need to clean up your act. There are far too many unhappy clients.

Terrible service. Stereotypes & racism! I was told I was approved over the phone then I came all the way out to do my paperwork and because of my job and face tats was told I’m not approved. So I found 2 co signers and offered more down. Still wasn’t approved! This place is shady. They decided they didn’t want to sell to me as soon as I walked in the door! Save your time and money and go to ANYBODY ELSE

Don’t EVER buy a car from here. All they want to do is get rid of their BS cars they have. I was sold a car and literally broke down 2 days later. They «fixed» the problem, yet again a month after the dam check engine light came on along with 4 other freakin lights. They won’t do sh*t about it so now I’m paying with my own fu**ing money to get it fixed. If they had negative stars to give I’d bring their Unilocal rating wayyyyy down.

Can’t trust this place, manager keeps feeding you BS like hes really going out of his way for you and he is not making much. Then when we are ready to buy the car, he wouldn’t sell it to us unless we buy the warranty which was another $ 2500 for only up to 24k miles extra. Car already had 17k on it. Lies after lies. Mama didn’t raise no fool!

Went in with my husband and spoke with a salesman briefly but decided to leave without completing the credit application. A day later we’re at another dealership and find out the Paul Blanco salesman had run my husband’s credit without the authorization form being signed!!! On top of being pushy, they’re also unethical. 10 thumbs down!!!

On September 3 2015 I purchase a 2014 Hyundai Elantra had a great experience the person I bought it from was George Molina I would recommend you go see and George it he a delightful guy to work with and he works very hard to make you happy! Go see George and get a new car! Wow September 17 I just received a Shell gas station gas card how nice of the company to do this to the person who buys a car to give you a free fill up

Paul Blanco ripped me off. He sold me a car with severe body damage. All they did was made to look pretty. Two months after I bought it it started showing signs of damage. Be very careful when looking to buy a car here.

As a person with a poor credit score I was told this place could help with my purchasing of a new car. I went to this place and at first the service was ok, but Herman the person working with me was kind of a jerk. He only wanted to show me one car telling me this was the only car I could out of the 1500 plus inventory they claim to have. I forgot my title to the car I was trading and needed to go home; so I go home to find it to take back the next day and Herman is calling and texting me about coming in to finish the process as well as telling me to put insurance on a car I had yet to finalize as my own. I’m ranting but at this point I have a car its an OK car and I am grateful for that. I will not do business or recommend business with this company unless you meet with another salesman or go to another location.

Sold me a car and weeks later told me they couldn’t finance me and told me I had to return the car. Made it seem like my credit and down was good and later I was screwed. They say no credit/​bad credit ok, they lie. They don’t work with u and the customer service is horrible. They pressure you into a car that is way too expensive for the quality of the car. Never do business with this company they have a lot of fine print and pushy sales people.

My sister bought a car from this company., Two days later the transmission went out. We came back with the car, their finance Manager, told her to take the car to a any Ford Dealer to fix it…(Really bad service Manny or Mario Torez was very rude, unfriendly and very argumentive. Please don’t do service with this company! The customer isn’t the important, getting rid of the cars that will run for 2 days is.

Most of the cars there are nice and are mainly lease returns
Sales team is great at ripping people off
They say one thing then by the time u sit and wait around they say another
I went in and was about to buy a car from them and they told me my down payment amount was good and that everything will be all set
I sit around and then the sales manager /​guy in charge of loans
Comes out n says o yeah no problem you can give down payment today and then come and give the same amount again 3 times on top of the payment
Basically saying org down payment x 3 but why?
All other dealers one down payment and then you make payments. Why here they want the down payment 3 times
Because of that I didn’t buy a car from them and wasted almost 3 hours with them there
But two stars because sales person was cool and the cars were nice

. Lo and behold 2 – 3 hours later I drive away with a newer car. No pressure at all and they worked out a payment plan I could afford. THANK PAUL BLANCO..

So, despite the reviews I thought I would give them a shot. Let me start by saying the sales rep we met was extremely helpful and honest. However, the finance department was not. We have been shopping around for quite some time. We received an offer from CarMax, I was aware of the bank that had approved us, etc. The offer Paul Blanco came back with was outrageous, yet it was through the same bank? Even with a $ 3k trade-​in they wanted $ 3k down, yet at Car Max, WITHOUT a trade-​in with the SAME BANK, they asked for $ 1300 down for a $ 25k loan. When I asked WHY, they had no answer. They couldn’t tell me how much they tried to finance me for, no information whatsoever.
I have no complaints about customer service. Nobody was rude or unpleasant whatsoever. But I do feel that the finance department is dishonest and tries to take advantage of people. I will be going back to Car Max to purchase my vehicle after all.
