Jose is awesome. We’ve been using his services for months now. After a lot of frustration with Alhambra, it was so nice to find a local vendor. He responds fast. He can’t always deliver water same day as a request, but he’ll give you realistic expectations as to when he can drop off a new supply.

We have been so happy with the service from Paradise Water. Delivery always happens within a day or two of request, the water is excellent, and Jose is a very considerate business owner. After signing up for Alhambra with Costco and dealing with months frustration, we are glad to have made the switch to Paradise.

Jose is so awesome! I live in North Oakland and he supplies amazing water from Santa Cruz directly to my door step. If I could give him more stars I would. I had a lot going on and spaced the delivery I had set up and he wasn’t upset but more concerned that I was okay, it was very sweet. He came to deliver the water at a different time and was so awesome about the whole situation. I highly recommend him and his service. I have ordered from him twice now and I will continue to do so as long as he is around and offering the service! Thank you Jose: D

The water is very good, my 5 star rating is for the customer service Jose provides. He is always willing to deliver around my schedule. He carries the 5 gallon water bottles up my porch stairs into my kitchen. And he brings my dogs cookies :-) I have had water delivery services in the past and I ended up canceling because of either poor service or water quality. This water is very high quality, it’s sparkling clean and clear. I like the fact that it is from a local source.

Officially no need for Arrowhead, Crystal Geyser, Alhambra, Sparkletts, Culligan, or the myriad of other Nestle owned water distributors in the area. Have I mentioned it’s a local source? #happy
