We offer Pilates training through small group classes, private instruction or duets.

What distinguishes our small group training program is that our classes are small (generally 5 or fewer) and offer a high quality experience compared to the usual large gym classes. Our clients get a lot of one on one attention and focus on the details of body and postural alignment.

Our extensive small group training programming ranges from athletic workouts to gentle injury rehabilitation. Our staff can help you customize a workout to help you meet your goals.

Special offerings include:

— Runner’s technique led by Caitlin Smith who is the recent winner of SF NIKE Women’s Marathon.

— We can help you attain your fitness goals — whether getting in shape, recovering from an injury, or enhancing your athletic performance.

— All classes require preregistration via our online scheduler accessible from via website.

History

Established in 2001.

The studio just changed hands as of January 2013. We share a building with the Piedmont Yoga Studio, massage therapists and other wellness specialists, making for a wonderful holistic community. We have highly trained instructors, and clients who have been with us for 10 years. Not that many places have that track record!
