Niman bacon was on a top 10 bacon list, so I ordered some bacon and breakfast sausages for a bacon party I had.
First they shorted my order, then they send me a whole new order plus some. Great! However the sausages expiration date is 4÷17÷14. Um, people it’s 8÷7÷14. So they sent expired food to me.
Needless to say I won’t recommend or purchase from Niman again.

Definately not the same meat I’ve had years ago. I laugh at their slogan… the best tasting meat in the world:) Locally Marin Sun Farms and Prather Ranch has much better beef, they are truely grass-​fed and the taste shows. I have to say Niman lacks alot of beef flavor. Globally, Argentina and Brazil has the best grass-​fed beef. Their cattle graze on the rich fertile lowlands known as the Pampas. Absolutely amazing beef. I gave up on Niman. I do admire the vision of the founders. Others are taking over.
