Specialties
I offer strength-based psychotherapy to individuals, men, couples, teens and groups. My approach is warm, interactive and goal-oriented. Focuses of my practice include mindfulness, relationships, men’s issues, EFT and the arts.
I believe choosing to start therapy is a sign of STRENGTH not weakness. Are you stuck in old patterns of procrastination, fear or conflict that are interfering with your relationships? Do you feel you could be happier but don’t know how? Exploring these questions is a core part of therapy that, along with a willingness to try something new, can help you cultivate the most important relationship of your life — the one that colors everything you say, think and do — your relationship with yourself.
Whether your challenge is depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, addictions or career challenges — all you need to get started is the desire to CHANGE.
