Ngoc Mi Café (and restarant) serves only vietnamese coffee (3) now. chanced upon this place. saw a few people who i recognized (or they recognized me). just neighborhood people. open only sporadically. times not posted.
in the future, they may serve food.
coffee was strong. with the condensed milk, it was pretty good.
