It’s true what the other Unilocalers are saying. Slow, mediocre quality, more interested in watching TV, and quite rude. The two young ladies are at least pretty detailed, but very slow. The daughter does a great job, but really should speed it up. 2 hours for a shellac is ridiculous. The owner/mom is beyond grumpy, very rough, and not detailed at all. The cousin(male) is the most rude – he talks about each customer in a derogatory tone and will rub your feet RAW, without any regard. He even argued with me once when I asked him to fix the paint on one toe. Really? Wow. Giving 2 stars, only because the daughter did do pretty nice manicures in the past, otherwise it would be 1 star. All in all, I just can not support this salon anymore. My time is valuable and my skin should stay in tact with my fingers and feet – not to mention that it’s unfathomable that a business would make you feel unwelcome and as if you are bothering them, almost each time you are there. Bye bye Nail Art.

This was the slowest and one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Initially they told me it would be a 30 min wait(even though there was 3 workers and 3 clients that had seemed to be wrapping up pedis). I agreed to wait. 10 mins into the wait they run my water for my pedicure and said I can come sit and soak… I was thinking GREAT, they’ll be with me shortly. Long story short, I watched 3 episodes of Law and Order(3 hours) and only got my feet done. The young lady serving me looked as if it was her first time doing a manicure, so I told her to stop. I paid for my pedi and left. The young lady was nice, as well as the young man working there… But the one younger lady that seemed to be running the place was quite rude to the guy,(very unprofessional, especially in front of customers).

I came here 2 years ago and have been coming here since. They always do a good job on my feet and shellac manicure. The lady there also does nice eyebrows.

This place was okay, it was my first time here. They only had two people working so I had to wait a while to get my Mani and pedicure. When the lady did my pedicure she scrub my foot and massaged it. She did a good job on my toes, just a little mistake here and there but it was nice. When she did my pedicure the shaping was not so nice, probably because I had short nails. But could of been better, and when she painted my nails some were uneven. But after I left, two of my nails became very bumpy, then later on my right big toe got messed up! :(they are okay for doing nails, Even though the lady didn’t do a fantastic job on my nails she was working pretty hard from customer to customer. So i gave her a good tip, she was also very nice and friendly. But it was kind of pricey for nails that look mediocre.

This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I should have known something was up when I walked in and it was empty. The Owner, Minn, or whatever her name was, was VERY nice at first and then all of a sudden she switched up on me. I think maybe I had interrupted her TV time because she couldn’t stop watching it while she was working on my nails. When she first started I told her that my nail beds were sensitive and I don’t think she cared much! She was rough and she tugged and pulled on my arms. Her nails were sharp and she kept digging into my skin. I had to ask her MORE than once to stop being so rough. I almost walked out 3 times… but I was pressed for time and desperate to have my nails done for July 4th. When I was asking her to shape my nails… She insisted on doing it HER way. I found it amazing that after she shared with me that she had been doing nails for 18 years that she couldn’t do what I was asking her. DISSAPOINTED! I always tip where ever I go and this was the first time that I did not. I gave her EXACT change and made sure she understood that I WASNOT going to tip her. I didn’t even say goodbye when I left her! My nails look like crap and I WILL not be going back! I’d rather all of my nail beds fall off before I ever get my nails done by «Nails Art» again!

i had a terrible experience. my pedicure was horrible. she just lightly brushed the bottom of my feet w/the hard foam board. it wasn’t smooth at all. i have never gone back to a nail shop for a redo. i was back 2 days later. showed it to the owner. she took a file to my feet and started scrubbing the whole while complaining. in my opinion she should have redone the entire pedicure. she even had to cut off some of the cuticle areas that were missed by the previous lady. my feet are still not smooth like you experience w/a new pedi. it looked like i got a polish change, not a full pedi. never will return.

I had a very nice experience today. Needed a removal of shellac nail polish, pedicure, eyebrow wax, and lip wax. The owner’s daughter was my stylist. She was professional and thorough. I have never been here before(I don’t do this thing very often) but now that I know they are good and in my neighborhood, I will be back. Also, their rates are very reasonable.

Did a good job on my feet! Went on a Saturday(10⁄21) and surprisingly it wasn’t crowded. Workers nice and friendly(even though you can’t help but wonder if they’re talking about you in their language). I’ll be back again.

Okay so the key to this spot is to go on a day/week when people haven’t gotten their checks(1st of the month) if you catch my drift! lolol When the stafff isn’t busy they do a marvelous job on your hands and feet, but when its hoodrat central station in this place you get rushed and a half done job. $ 10 bucks for a fill and $ 20 for a full set! Can’t qutie beat that anywhere and Pedi’s are $ 15 or $ 18 i forget. Anywho go on a day when you can look in the window and see sstraight to the back! lol Service will be great!
