Élan is the most attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful lawyer I have ever worked with.
I was new to Workers’ Compensation and extremely overwhelmed with all the different machinations. I contacted Ms. Lambert and in one phone conversation felt completely empowered in a system that does its best to make sure that’s exactly how you DON’T feel.
I knew I was in good hands and you will feel the same way too.

I had a medical billing issue, i.e. I was billed by a doctor for the privilege of being refused as a patient: Ms. Lambert’s legal wiles have convinced the doctor to waive the bill! Woohoo! It’s tempting to post the letter she wrote to the doc on here, because it was just so brilliantly to the point but with the right snap of «so not messing around» to it, too. Genius!
Oh, and this was with minimal effort on my part (haha, I know laziness is an important factor to some of us!) and all within the space of a few short weeks.
