Have you tried many things for chronic pain — including chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, yoga or pilates — and are still seeking more relief? Would like to improve your posture, and gain more lasting comfort in your body and with yourself? Or have you experienced things like severe accidents, surgeries, abuse to your body, or challenges from birth or early childhood, and are concerned about staying comfortable as you get older?
Using your brain’s ability to learn new patterns of moving and feeling, I specialize in helping you learn to move and feel better!
In a series of sessions, I support you to become more at ease in your body, improve your posture, flexibility and coordination, and also feel more joy, energy, lightness of movement, ground, and mental clarity.
Sessions address
*Chronic pain
*Neurological symptoms
*Adults and children with early development challenges
*Scoliosis
*Movement challenges after accident or injury
*Symptoms related longterm emotional stress
My clients are people who have led unique life paths whose challenges are as unique as their own life journeys and want a respectful approach that honors them in mind and body, and can produce deep transformation.
I also work with those seeking to heal emotional and cultural wounds held in the body.
I invite you to schedule an introductory session.
History
Established in 2000.
This business was founded to support people in the journey of healing chronic pain holistically. In my own healing journey in which I tried other alternative health approaches like chiropractic, acupuncture and Rofling, I have discovered that the Feldenkrais Method addresses a unique aspect in a unique way, involving the neurodevelopmental ways you learned and can learn to move with more ease and comfort and change ingrained habits.
Through my years of working with clients, I have become aware of how the body is never separate from the life story. I do not offer mechanical types of care for the body, but instead, work in a way that is listening, respectful and safe. I offer services to people who care for the world and others and desire the same level of care to their own journey.
To support you, I am continually learning and studying with masters in my field and bring an integration of cutting-edge mind body approaches to my work with you.
