Welcome to Morinelli & Lieberman Law Group! We have served Bay Area families for over 28 years and continue to do so in new and innovative ways. Our specialties are Family Law, including divorce, support and custody, and Business Start-​Up Services, including formation, funding and intellectual property issues.

We understand that to many, the law appears as a vast, unknowable absolute. Because all of us cannot attend law school, it is essential that we have lawyers we can trust absolutely. Business Owner

My partner, Elliott Lieberman, and I have represented clients in the Bay Area for 30 years. I began my legal career as a Criminal Appeals attorney, working on death penalty appeals. In 1998, I was recruited to run a non-​profit Jewish community services organization. In 2002, I returned to the law and began my practice as a Family lawyer, handling divorce, paternity, child support, custody, visitation and domestic violence. I have now practiced Family law for 13 years and am ready to serve you.
