Mieze knows what your body needs, and has the right combination of deeper pressure, energetic awareness and lovely healing energy to allow your body to unwind all the tight bits and also release some of the emotional stresses inevitable in this modern hectic world, but all at a pace and rhythm that is led by your body. helpful not scary, healing not forceful in anyway. Able to listen and respond intuitively to the what my body needs, which changes session to session. Highly recommended :)

Mieze has been my go to massage and reiki healer for over 4 years now, and here is how she saved my life: Last year I had a pinched nerve in my neck, prohibiting the use of my right hand and arm. It was a very painful experience, caused by years of overuse as a professional artist and designer. I had a few visits to a chiropractor, which I realized was a bit too harsh of a treatment for my body personally, as well as many visits for acupuncture. I was in constant pain and not sleeping for weeks. Massage was the overall cure for my problem, and after one visit with Mieze, the paint stopped. Thanks to Mieze’s knowledge and years of experience with body work and muscle systems, she was able to exactly pinpoint the overused, tight pectoral muscle and jaw muscles that were somehow causing the pain I was experiencing in my neck, back and shoulder. She worked her magic, the pain stopped, and now I continue to see her on a regular basis and it keeps the problem away… along with better posture ;D She saved my life, because I was facing not being able to work or do what I was put here on earth to do: to create art :) She definitely played a pivotal role in curing my predicament.
