History

Established in 1974.

With over 40 years of practice, we’re not just lawyers representing motorcyclists. We’re riders, advocates, bloggers, activists and junkies for motorcycle culture, technical motorcycle facts and motorcycle safety. We’ve also lectured on behalf of the American Bar Association, and established the Motorcycle Legal Foundation; an organization that helps motorcyclists with legal issues by providing informational articles and resources.

Business Owner

Michael Padway has been winning personal injury cases for his clients for over 40 years. A motorcyclist for over 50 years, Michael knows what its like to be jilted or discriminated against because of others’ prejudice against motorcyclists. He happily makes it his goal to win personal injury cases for his clients with a focus on motorcycle accident cases by treating his clients with respect and understanding. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, Michael spends his free time riding, blogging, and taking courses to brush up on his skills (he recently enjoyed a 2-​day police motorcycle training course).
