We are mainly concentrating on Compassionate Lawyer services and especially taking care of injury related compensation and Special need cases. We don’t accept any type of individual insurance claims or insurance company claim cases. Attorney, Michael Daly is graduated from Cornell Law School in 1976. After graduation, he started his career as an Attorney with a poverty law office in Syracuse, known as Onondaga Neighborhood Legal Services. After that he moved to Mackenzie Hughes law firm in Syracuse. He worked there from 1981 to 1989. In 1989, he had partnered with Baker, Clark, Satter and Daly. This partnership continued till 1992 and in 1992 to 2008 he is partnered with Edward Pitts and the firm was known as Daly & Pitts. There are after he moved alone and in 2009 he started Michael Daly Attorney at Law firm. The sole aim of setting up the legal firm was to serve exclusively on workers compensation, long-​term disability claims, Social Security Disability claims, etc…
