Swapped service to a new phone for me & made sure everything worked right! They even stayed late after their already late closing time of 8 pm to make sure I was taken care of! Hard to find good folks like this these days… Much appreciated guys!!!

Hard to get to, but free parking… good service, can UNLOCK phones.
I was sure That this thing was going to be expensive, but for a nominal fee, he hooked me up.

This is the best people to go. They are honest, and on top of their stuff. They’re not like other Getro Stores where they over charge for everything, they will always work with you. The other day I went there to unlock my AT&T phone, they said it would take a few minutes but as it turned out it was unlocked within a matter of seconds!

This was my first place i brought my very first phone from that was many years ago. I have always like they’re customer service .they will answer questions you have and help you out as much as they can and the guys are very friendly.

Ok I did LOVE this place until the other day I went to go get my phone screen repaired and my other phone unlocked. My phone u looking process was no complaints. But … For the screen repair was a different story, I had went in there with a screen that I had purchased. I installed the screen myself but couldn’t gain the touch back, so they fixed the problem (2people) when I had went in the morning I dropped my phone of to the guy that was there by himself. When I came back and got it there were 2 other people. So unorganized they had to call the other guy to see which phones were mines. Mind you guys I took the phone apart myself, installed to screen, they just had to hook up some springs. After giving me the phone back I had left and continued onto my business. About 2 hours later I had went back to pay my bill which I forgot about. When I got in there they were like hey you owe us money for this and that. My problem was how did you guys just let me leave said bye and everything and now I’m back and yall saying I owe money. I was truly upset, of course I gave them there 20 dollars, what also pissed me off was the one that said I owed them money was not one of the 2 that worked on my phone.

I love the customer service in your store I buy phone there and the guy helped me to know how to do everything in the phones thanks a lot

The stuff here they don’t know anything about their products. I asked him about unlocking they said unlocking take 30 days and it will cost $ 80.
That shows they don’t know anything
