This is a fraud. Please report to the police. May sold me four tickets and after endless follow-up she finally sent the the electronic confirmation. I just found out from Cathay that she had refunded the tickets and pocketed the money back in Aug. Now I have to purchase all new tickets.

May is A THIEF! She CANCELED the return flights for 3 tickets, and now 3 of us are stranded in Hong Kong with NO FLIGHT BACK! We are stuck in Hong Kong, and we have to pay $ 1600 each for a one-way ticket back home. Wow, MAY IS EVIL. She did this so she can pocket the money. She has committed a CRIME, and all of us who have been scammed should report her to the police.

My friend purchased airline tickets from this agency, and it is an impostor agency! the lady would only want the cash out of your pocket. At first, the lady would seem very honest and communicative as a means to obtain your money to make business. Once that money is handed in, she will not pick up your phone call and/or she will constantly blurt out «work in progress!» when the truth is that the lady never did the job. My friend was furious and extremely displeased of how the lady conducts her abominable acts of attaining money. This has brought up to our attention where we need to contact the CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

This business has been closed /out of business. She said her new business address is 340 9^th Street, Alameda, CA 94 607 (Next to a bakery store, inside the Verizon Wireless store). If you call her and she says she can get you plane tickets, YOU GETS TRICK!!! She will not answer your phone call after she receives your deposit /full amount of the money. Please report to the police if you have already got trick. DON’T let her take your money and go away.

They made you mail a check, took several weeks to get the ticket. Had to call almost everyday to check on the status.
Only recommend it to your enemy.
