Dr. Marlow is an excellent chiropractor. Her office is conveniently located, she is always on time, and she is flexible with my schedule.
I have always gotten great care. The ultrasound treatments really help my back.
I am glad that although I changed my insurance, I can still see her.

Dr. Marlow-​Lehrman is very knowledgeable and thorough. I came in not knowing much about chiropractic care but she showed me videos and also explained to me about what to expect and what she offers that can help my body get back to normal since I was in a car accident. I am definitely coming back to her because i always leave the office feeling better. She always educated me and giving me instructions on how to maintain my health and well-​being. I was a little unsure about getting adjusted because I was afraid it would be painful but she assured me that it will help me and she was right because I’ve never felt better since my car accident.

First thing I want to say about this review is that I usually do not give negative reviews if the business did not have a chance to correct the issue. I do not like to give negative reviews but the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth.
I found Dr. Marlow on my United Healthcare website and used Unilocal to make my decision. She was close to me and had a good rating, albeit from 2011. I made an appointment because I was (and still am) experiencing back pain. I had gone to chiropractors previously. First appointment was fine, even though I got there on time but wasn’t seen until much later. The appointment before me was late and subsequently I was late. No biggie that day. I was slightly taken aback at the appearance of the office– crowded, disorganized and outdated. No biggie there either, just personal preference. The treatment areas are small and if there are multiple patients being treated, you have no privacy. The adjustment table and rolling table are separated by a curtain– not a very good means of privacy, especially if you are in a gown and your backside is exposed. The first day I went, Dr. Marlow was busy with 3 patients at one time. Undoubtedly, she works hard. When I was the only one left, she took time to explain a lot of things to me, which I appreciated. I made my second appointment to see her the following week at 8:45am.
Come appointment time I am still standing outside on the sidewalk. I wait until 9:00am and decide to leave to go to work. At 9:09am she calls me but I am already on BART. She says she was en route from Pleasanton and got stuck in traffic and didn’t have my number. At this point I am peeved but still want to see her. We reschedule for another day, same time.
Big mistake. 8:45am comes and goes and this time, I don’t wait as long– just 10 minutes. On my way to BART I call her, expecting the answering machine. She answers and says she is down the street. I tell her I don’t think it’s going to work out because my time is very important to me and not only did this happen once, it had just happened again! She offered free treatment, which I was tempted to accept but it was too little, too late. I never called her again.
As a person, I think Dr. Marlow is great because she’s easy to talk to and I did feel better after my visits. Professionally, I think customer service is lacking because she takes on too much at one time.

dr. marlow is a great choice when it comes to complimentary and alternative therapy. her personality and office are both very welcoming. ive had more than a handful of treatments with her and she has always helped me with adjustments, massages, and other therapeutic methods. shes also a talkative person and this is a good way to build that doctor-​patient relationship.
i never had another chiropractor work on me. i have visited other chiropractors and they dont give that friendly and welcoming vibe as she does!
this location was pretty small and she shared it with another chiropractor. i have not been treated at her new location which is on the same street (just a couple buildings over) yet.
