Santilli Construction has over 30 years of experience and has built houses from scratch and done commercial jobs. Most of our work however has been additions and remodels and this is what we are really good at.

Our primary aim to do excellent work that we can feel proud of regardless of the cost of finishes or size of the project. We emphasize good communication with owners, architects, designers and engineers and take the time to work out details and solve any problems that may arise.

History

Established in 2012.

Santilli Construction was created after the breakup of Santilli and Forster Construction which had been in existence as a partnership since 1988.

Santilli and Forster completed hundreds of jobs over the period of its existence including large ones (a million) and small ones ($ 1000).

Since its inception, Santilli Construction has continued doing excellent quality work focusing on remodels.

Business Owner

I started out as a free-​lance carpenter with an interest in fine cabinetmaking but practical realities led me to earn my living more as a carpenter than a cabinetmaker and eventually I got my contractor’s licence and starting contracting in earnest.

I have lived in the Bay area since 1969 and have a degree from U.C. Berkeley in history.
