Ms. James is an experienced family law attorney. She handles client matters from case inception through settlement. She is experienced in representing clients in court, but also works well with opposing counsel to obtain settlements. Ms. James zealously advocates her clients’ positions but at the same time has the ability to settle difficult cases. She has experience in representing clients in court, in the private judging venue and in mediations.
