My whole career has been dedicated to representing those accused of crimes and infractions, as well as defending against the issuance of restraining orders. There is very few opportunities that I have come across in my life where I have thought that someone’s hard work and dedication required such praise. From the first day that I came to Nabiel’s office (he offered to see me immediately) he has provided nothing but 5 star service.
He was able to take my case, which included a DUI at a very reasonable price (compared to what everyone else is charging these days) and was able to get the ball rolling and begin defending my case IMMEDIATELY. To this day, I still have my license without suspension, and we are actively working on my case,
He is responsive and has never given me any reason to doubt his ability under ANY circumstances. He has taken what could have been an absolute nightmare, with almost guaranteed jail time, and made it as bearable as possible, considering the circumstances that I came to him with.

I made a call very early one morning after staying up all night researching the best attorney to handle my 3 very serious charges. Nabiel called me back literally immediately and guaranteed he could dismiss all charges for a reasonable rate. Upon meeting him, he was extremely down to earth and personable. He kept in touch through the entire process and true to his word had every last charge dropped with no jail time, no problem as if the entire incident never happened. Thanks to this talented gentleman, my extremely costly traffick ticket miraculously turned into a complete dismissal. All I have to say is: fight your ticket and make sure you go to Nabiel because he will win battles for you. He is easily approachable and everything was done via phone and even text (yes, he provides updates and is quick to respond which is something that is hard to find with attorneys these days). I highly recommend Nabiel Ahmed. I initially hired him via telephone and never actually met him until my first court appearance, which was pretty intimidating for me. Everything done with my legal matters was done over the telephone since I moved over 500 miles away from Oakland and my legal situation was in Oakland. Because this was my first serious crime, I had several questions and, although Nabiel seemed to be very busy with other clients, he was able to respond back to me within due time (be patient, he is a busy man!). I was initially being charged with 2 felonys and 5 misdemeanors, in which Nabiel was able to lower my charge to just one misdemeanor (DUI). I am incredibly thankful for his help and he has given me a second chance to lead the proper and clean life that I have longed to live. Nabiel is a blessing and I cannot thank him enough.

Mr. Ahmed is someone whom i like to know. I had a situation i didnt have the ability to deal with. Mr. Ahmed took my case for 250.00 $ and saved me from repercussions delegated by alameda police. I’m not the type of person that writes reviews. In fact, I read Unilocal reviews to guide some of my decisions in terms of the services and purchases I make. With that said, I had to take time and write this review for Nabiel Ahmed because of the excellent experience I had with him.
Dealing with legal matters can be stressful, especially if you don’t have the right knowledge or guidance. Nabiel Ahmen is very professional, honest and efficient. From start to finish, I was impressed by his dedication and passion to work with his clients. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. He guided me through the entire process of my legal issues.

I got a traffic ticket for no seat belt and no CA driving license. I could only get my CA license after the date specified by the ticket. Nabiel managed to get a courtdate that gave me ample time to get my license. Better still he managed to strike a deal with the officer to change the no seat belt to broken seat belt after I explained to him what happened. I only had to repair my seat belt and pay 50 court fee instead of the 552 citation.
Nabiel also charged me a reasonable amount compared to other lawyers. He tends to get very busy and you have to take initiatives with him to follow through with your case. He works best via texts with timely phone call. Bottom line, he gets things done with a reasonable price.

I have never been in trouble with the law before until a bogus, felony drug posession charge I received. I originally hired an older attorney, assuming his years of experience meant something. It didn’t. He actually quit on me after the preliminary hearing because I wouldn’t take the deal the prosecution was offering and his «heart wasn’t in it.»
I had tried to find other representation prior to meeting Ahmed and everyone said the same thing: «I can’t believe you didn’t take that deal.» My response was, «I’m innocent.» I now realize that has nothing at all to do with anything in this justice system of ours.
Enter Nabiel Ahmend. Mr. Ahmed was different. I told him I was willing to go all the way to trial if need be and he told me he was willing to do that. This man really fought for me. It took a while (over a year, in fact), but eventually, I got that dismissal without conditions I had been asking for.
What’s truly interesting is that he was at least 40 years younger than my first attorney, but had the fight of a pitbull inside of him. So, if you’re looking for someone to fight for you and work for you for an affordable rate, Nabiel Ahmed is definitely your man.

I got myself into some legal trouble and had to scamble for a lawyer in a short timeframe. So I grabbed a couple of business cards from the posting board while taking care of my bond work at BadBoys Bail in Oakland. I interviewed with several lawyers and came across Mr. Ahmed. I found him to be warm, sincere, and straight forward. And he also had better rates than most of the other lawyers I spoke with in the area. I had a case in two different counties and he handled them both with the upmost professionalism and quickness. The final outcome was better than I could ever expected in both cases.

I went to Nabiel Ahmed with very little time before my court date and a lot of worries that I wouldn’t get positive results as quickly as I did.
Right away he gets down to business, he tells you what possible outcomes your case has and he explains the law to you in a way that you couldn’t possibly misunderstand it.
After talking with him for about twenty minutes, I left his office feeling relieved and confident that everything will go right in court for me and sure enough it did. Within ten minutes Nabiel convinced the judge to rule in his favor which left me trouble free and with a clean record for myself.
He is quite magical and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
