History

Established in 2013.

In 2007, Jesse began working with the founder of Honor Coaching, Michael Skye and used the method to stay grounded and optimistic as I grew my first company, Ecstatic Cuisine Catering, from a dream into a full service operation with 17 employees. In 2012, A freak accident contributed to the failure of Ecstatic Cuisine, and his marriage failed along with it. After two cross-​country moves and the death of his father, he was still standing. As a result, he believes that great leaders are made from standing in the face of their biggest challenges. Jesse has been working as a Leadership coach since 2013. He has been facilitating groups for the past 12 years. His spiritual and personal growth path began when a life threatening injury as a teen inspired deep introspection. He’s a blackbelt in aikido and an experienced energy worker. He’s spent the last 8 years exploring and developing tools to create powerful and fulfilling personal and business relationships.

I help them get really clear about who they are and what they stand for so they can get moving again and make the big impact they feel called to make in the world.
