Intelligent Tile

Jai is an amazing tile setter. He always showed up on time, with all the materials needed, and he made SURE the job was done right. I’m currently general contracting a job for my business in Oakland and I’ve made some poor decisions, but Jai is not one of them. He has the most accurate eye — I thought that tile laying was a piece of cake but it’s an art-​form that’s difficult to master as I tried l tried laying a single piece of tile myself and I failed miserably.
What’s also great about working with Jai is that he can give design direction (wise for people with inexperienced taste) and he also has a contractor’s license so you get the best price on tile around since he allows you to purchase tile through his contractor’s discount.
I’m really pleased with the service and tile work I received from Jai… he’s young at 30 years old but he delivers… and as a plus, he’s easy on the eyes :)
