A gross filthy run down «business,» using the term loosely. Staff are shiftless and are of no help whatsoever. They blame the customer and and will not admit that they could possibly be at fault. When asked for the company’s insurance information, they replied: «Sue us.» Kept car doors open so the interior and exterior where coated with dirt and heavy dust.
The kicker us that they actually did break a part on my car while towing, which was serious and extremely noisy. Of course this situation did nothing to dissuade «management» that they could have POSSIBLY done anything wrong. It’s just a giant lifeless Petri dish.
