Offer sliding scale rate for younger potential clients looking for high quality contemporary cutz but can’t afford my normal rate of $ 70. Specialize in precision cuts, understanding all hair textures and being able to address individual specific hair shaping and styling needs. Take great pride in being not only able to listen to clients direction well but also to share my wealth of understanding and ideas of what would look and work best for each person. I have focused on haircutting because it is what comes naturally to me and what I enjoy the most. For those with color needs/​desires, I work with an incredibly talented colorist.

Seth is talented and fabulous. He has been cutting my hair for about 8 years. At this point, I trust him absolutely to do a great job, and he never fails to please. I live in another city and once wandered off to a closer venue, but I came right back to Seth. I do not style my hair, and he does a wonderful cut that stays beautiful between washes. Yea Seth!!!

Seth Ellis listens. You know how you go to the MD, tell him your symptoms, and a minute later he’s asking you a question you just answered? Some hairdressers are like that. But not Seth. You will have a conversation, a back and forth in which your input will be respected and his professional opinion will be offered. Between you, you’ll come out with a great haircut because he has fantastic skills. Did I mention he’s charming as well? So you not only get a terrific haircut, you’ll also be fully entertained – or not. Because if you don’t want to talk, he’ll hear you.

Seth has been styling my hair for several years now. He is very talented (obvious by how in demand he is), very consistent and is a super nice guy — and very interesting to chat with for an hour. I highly recommend Seth for anyone.
